Process optimization based on industry best practices **Join CPFL Group and Accelerate Your Career!** **Senior Project Planning Engineer** Work Location: Porto Alegre Work Model: On-site Company: CPFL Transmissão – A company of CPFL Energia Group **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory); * Postgraduate degree in Project Management (mandatory); * Proficiency in English: reading, writing, speaking, with ability to deliver executive project reports (mandatory); * Proven experience in project planning, WBS development, and physical/financial project control (mandatory); * Proficiency in MS Project/Oracle, with ability to develop master project schedules and monitor/update physical/financial performance indicators (mandatory); * Ability to prepare and analyze project progress reports, assess trends, risks, and critical paths, and propose and manage action plans (mandatory); * Knowledge of substation and transmission line construction planning (mandatory); * SAP knowledge (desirable); * Familiarity with basic grid procedures and experience in scheduling interventions in the National Interconnected System (SIN) (desirable); * Prior experience in execution or supervision of electrical sector construction projects (desirable) **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Develop and update project plans by consolidating inputs from various departments (New Businesses, Construction, Engineering, Finance, Environment, Land Acquisition, Regulatory, etc.).
