BIM Cost Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM Cost Engineer to prepare construction budgets, analyze designs, develop models in Revit/AutoCAD, and collaborate with teams. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD BIM Cost Engineer Responsibilities: Prepare construction budgets using BIM methodology. Analyze structural, architectural, and foundation designs for cost composition. Develop and review models in Revit and AutoCAD. Evaluate overall structural concepts, identifying technical and financial impacts on the budget. Prepare estimated cost compositions for materials and services. Collaborate with engineering, design, and planning teams to ensure information consistency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Experience in preparing construction budgets and quantity take-offs. Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Ability to perform global structural analysis for design interpretation and cost estimation. Knowledge of foundation systems (shallow and deep foundations). Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with BIM-integrated cost estimation software. Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
