We are **Cativa Operadora**, one of Brazil’s largest travel operators, with 25 years of history and over **2 million** passengers boarded. We started in a small office in Porto Alegre and today we’re present across Brazil, connecting dreams, destinations, and people. We are looking for a talented professional to join our Airline Team. If you’re agile and handle ticket issuance like an expert, this role could be yours! **Your responsibilities will include:** Service and issuance queues: Monitoring and managing reservation and request queues (domestic and international). Cancellations and rebookings: Processing flight changes and cancellations, applying airline policies. Offline reservations: Creating and tracking manual reservations outside automated systems. **What we expect from you:** Agility Strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication Commitment Initiative Organization Proactivity Resilience Interpersonal relationship skills Conflict resolution ability Responsibility **Required expertise:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related fields. Familiarity with airline websites (domestic and international) is a plus. Experience with E-GOL, E-LATAM, and SABRE portals is a plus.
