Analysis of tickets versus products Quality monitoring in collaboration with Social Media teams, managing the brand's profile on Reclame Aqui Analysis and parts requisitions to the Import Department Suggesting videos for departmental use to better clarify products; ensuring respective business indicators are delivered according to targets Searching for and registering new technical assistants Identifying and reporting recurring defects or flaws potentially originating from manufacturing, to intervene with the vehicle manufacturer; analyzing parts inventory Managing and expanding the coverage of the technical assistant network
