Industrial Technical Supervisor Incomil – Filtration Solutions is hiring an Industrial Technical Supervisor to work at our unit located in Canoas/RS, in the Niterói neighborhood. We are seeking a technically skilled, proactive professional with hands-on factory floor experience, who is comfortable tackling challenges, organizing production processes, and directly performing maintenance and improvement of industrial equipment. Key responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment; * Carry out necessary technical setups and adjustments to ensure smooth production operations; * Supervise and guide the operational team; * Standardize work methods and contribute to process improvement; * Support waste reduction and productivity enhancement; * Report production, consumption, and performance indicators to management; * Ensure safety, organization, and efficiency in the production environment.
