We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals—regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Complete, screen, electronically submit, and prepare closing reports for Penalty Infraction Notices (AIPs), as applicable, concerning overweight, oversized dimensions, evasion, or other violations, in accordance with current legislation and Concessionaire procedures. * Identify, assess, and audit images of vehicles evading the General Inspection Station. * Support, upon request, toll collection teams at toll plazas and other areas of the Concessionaire, performing operational activities, educational campaigns, road safety initiatives, and customer service. * Complete shift reports and forms; maintain equipment and working conditions; perform emergency and operational signage and equipment operation when required. * Perform tasks in compliance with operational procedures, Motiva’s Golden Rules, and environmental guidelines, contributing to safety, risk prevention, and proper waste management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Completed elementary education; Availability to work on rotating shifts. **You’ll stand out if you have:** Customer service experience will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you’ll become part of a company present in **13 states**, moving thousands of people daily through integrity-driven mobility solutions that generate positive societal impact.
