Job Summary:
Professional to lead and manage an active recovery team, focused on results, data analysis, and process optimization, contributing to the sustainable development of the area.

**Responsibilities**: Supervise the team; Provide support to the active recovery team; Allocate collections portfolios among operators; Contribute to the development of departmental projects; Analyze daily overall and individual team production reports; Inform teams of system and/or process updates; Manage the active recovery team; Conduct weekly check\-ins with coordination; Hold weekly 1:1 meetings with the active recovery team; Contribute to defining and establishing individual performance indicators for direct reports and monitor their measurement; Participate in the definition and measurement of DSOs, OKRs, and KPIs together with immediate management; Attend control and capture meetings, among others; Administer the active recovery team's banked hours; Map departmental processes in collaboration with management and the Process Office; Promote a culture of sustainable development; Perform other related duties;
**Required Education**: Postgraduate degree in business, human resources management, or related fields;
**Mandatory Requirements**: Experience in collections operations; Customer service; Negotiation techniques;
Legal terminology; Knowledge of human resources management; Performance indicator management; Google tools (Drive, Forms, etc.); Google Sheets and/or Excel; Strong written and verbal communication skills;
**Preferred Qualifications**: Project management; Process mapping; Management tools (KPIs and OKRs);

**Compensation**: Competitive salary commensurate with the role \+ benefits (meal allowance of BRL 37.32 per day, food allowance of BRL 702.85 per month \+ transportation allowance) and additional benefits listed below.
