Organization of HR department documents and files ABESS has an opportunity for an HR Department Assistant to work at its headquarters in Porto Alegre/RS. **Location:** Rua Dr. Prudente de Moraes, 445 \- Chácara das Pedras, Porto Alegre **Working Hours:** Administrative schedule (Monday to Friday) **Compensation \+ Benefits:** **Employment Type:** CLT – 44 hours per week **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m. **Work Mode:** On-site **Compensation and Benefits:** R$ 2\.200,00 \+ Meal Allowance \+ Transportation Allowance **Responsibilities:** Support in onboarding and offboarding Payroll data entry and verification Time tracking, vacation, leave of absence, and benefits management Employee assistance Support in fulfilling labor obligations and eSocial requirements Organization of HR department documents and files **Requirements:** Minimum 3 years of experience in this role; Knowledge of HR department routines (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, labor charges, benefits, etc.); Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to deadlines; Experience with the Domínio system is considered an advantage.
