**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Ensure integrated organization and management of Directors' schedules, aligning with the institution's strategic priorities;
* Anticipate scheduling demands, conflicts, and logistical needs to promote efficiency in decision-making; plan, organize, and monitor strategic and leadership meetings, including preparation, infrastructure, and recordkeeping;
* Draft, review, and manage minutes to ensure accurate documentation of decisions; serve as Secretary of the Clinical Bioethics Committee, ensuring organization, documentation, and information flow;
* Conduct institutional communications with external bodies, including the Public Prosecutor's Office (involuntary psychiatric hospitalizations); support hospital accreditation processes, ensuring organizational and documentary compliance;
* Manage registrations and updates in regulatory systems (e.g., Notivisa/Anvisa);
* Monitor deadlines and certification requests from professional councils; act as a facilitator between the Executive Leadership and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and execution of tasks;
* Support Directors in handling daily administrative and institutional matters; provide support during institutional visits and relationships with external partners;
* Organize logistics for institutional travel (flights, accommodations, expense reporting);
* Control and register invoices related to the Executive Leadership, ensuring process compliance;
* Plan and execute Executive Leadership events, including coordination of suppliers, infrastructure, and logistics;
* Receive, review, organize, and control relevant institutional documents;
* Ensure standardization, confidentiality, and traceability of information;
* Support Executive Leadership in consolidating information for decision-making
**Requirements and Qualifications**
What you need:
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Preferred knowledge of executive schedule management and administrative routines

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
