If you seek excellence, value tradition, and wish to apply your talent to shape future leaders and citizens, we invite you to join our community and multiply pedagogical excellence. **Educational Coordination – Middle School (Grades 6–9)** As an Educational Coordinator, you will manage the technical and operational aspects of pedagogical and socioemotional processes—playing a vital role in ensuring a healthy, inclusive, and excellent learning environment for Middle School (Grades 6–9). Your work will be essential in mediating relationships among the School, families, and the broader community, as well as leading the teaching staff in enhancing educational practices and supporting students—while upholding our commitment to holistic development, ethics, and the institutional culture that guides our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan, guide, and mediate situations to foster a healthy environment—with emphasis on prevention and intervention in health, coexistence, and learning—especially in cases involving school inclusion or emotional needs. * Receive and support students and their families, advising them on cognitive-emotional development and establishing joint strategies and action plans between families and the school. * Lead and develop the teaching team to achieve goals, providing continuous performance feedback and coordinating Class Council meetings. * Develop curriculum adaptations to promote inclusive education and participate in drafting and evaluating the Political-Pedagogical Project (PPP) and Study Plan. * Support teachers regarding interpersonal dynamics or classroom behavior issues and supervise School Psychology internships. * Participate in school-family-community integration, while also overseeing graduation committees and supporting projects led by the Student Union and leadership development initiatives. * Present data to the Pedagogical Leadership Dashboard and annual reports, assisting in decision-making and problem resolution. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology. * Completed postgraduate degree in Educational Guidance, School Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in coordination roles. * Deep understanding of the educational environment—including its structures and operations. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Orientation toward continuous process improvement and ability to act as a multiplier and educator of new knowledge within the team. * Excellent conflict management skills and systemic vision of how your area impacts the institution. **What We Offer:** * CLT employment contract * Unimed/SINPRO health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * SESC membership card * Corporate University **How Our Selection Process Works:** All communication will occur via WhatsApp; therefore, please keep an eye on your mobile device, as this is where we’ll inform you about the next steps of the process!
