If you identify with our purpose and seek professional growth and development, let’s move forward together! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** Participate in institutional projects, collaborating on technical, behavioral, and cultural development actions aligned with organizational strategies and departmental needs, contributing to the continuous improvement of institutional processes and outcomes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer the online course platform, ensuring functionality, content updates, and organization; * Publish courses and monitor user access metrics, performance, and engagement; * Propose technical and pedagogical improvements to enhance the digital learning experience; * Develop multimedia educational materials (presentations, manuals, videos, podcasts, infographics, quizzes); * Adapt content for diverse audiences and formats (in-person, hybrid, e-learning); * Create learning objects applying instructional design principles; * Deliver in-person or online lectures and courses on technical, behavioral, and institutional topics; * Support development programs across various departments and hierarchical levels; * Monitor corporate education indicators (participation, satisfaction, impact on practice); * Prepare performance reports and present results to coordination; * Propose continuous improvements to educational processes; * Collaborate with clinical and administrative areas to assess training needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** **What we are looking for:** * A professional aligned with our purpose of excellence in patient care. **What you need to have:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience in corporate education routines, training facilitation, or development of in-person and e-learning educational content is desirable. * Proficiency in core Microsoft Office tools (word processing, spreadsheets, email, etc.), data analysis skills, ability to provide feedback supporting decision-making for digital training improvements, proactive search for innovative digital solutions to enhance learning, and user-centered mindset ensuring usability and engagement are desirable. **Additional Information:** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00. * Work modality: On-site **Additional Information** Additional Information: **Join our team!** **We are a Marist institution and believe in the potential of our employees.
