Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, plan activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with design specifications and occupational safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations **Main Responsibilities:** **1\.** Coordinate and supervise on-site work teams, ensuring execution of tasks in accordance with design documents, schedules, and technical specifications. **2\.** Plan daily construction activities, assign tasks, and guide workers on best practices and occupational safety standards. **3\.** Monitor construction progress, ensuring that each phase is completed within the established schedule. **4\.** Read and interpret architectural, structural, and complementary drawings, conveying necessary information to the execution team. **5\.** Control the use of materials and equipment, ensuring rational usage and minimizing waste. **6\.** Conduct regular inspections at work fronts, identifying and correcting deviations and issues. **7\.** Maintain communication with engineers and other construction supervisors, reporting progress and any relevant incidents. **8\.** Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, conducting training sessions and supervising proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **9\.** Prepare daily construction reports, documenting work progress, material usage, and labor hours. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education. \- Technical course in Civil Construction or related fields is a plus. \- Proven experience in team leadership and construction project management. \- Practical knowledge of construction techniques and applicable technical standards. \- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings. \- Strong communication and leadership skills. \- Organizational and planning abilities. \- Proactivity and ability to solve problems on site. \- Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and safety practices. Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$2\.276,85 \- R$4\.251,43 per month
