Collaboration with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams **Description** We are looking for a **Mid-Level Project Analyst** to directly validate, monitor, and execute field activities. This professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance between project planning and practical execution, guaranteeing organization, accuracy, and technical efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform **field measurement validation and interference verification**. Verify and monitor whether executed activities comply with the **planned schedule**. Lead field activities, including those carried out by Bianchini's internal team and third-party teams. Contribute to updating and organizing project-related information. Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure technical alignment. Support the preparation of analyses, technical opinions, and improvement recommendations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in related fields such as Business Administration, Production Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, or similar disciplines. Experience in maintenance, projects, or engineering. Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. Organizational skills, proactivity, and adaptability to fieldwork. Minimum tenure of **6 months within the company**, per internal policy. Strong performance in internal evaluations.
