Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and processes, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and driving continuous improvement through process modeling and training. Business process modeling using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) Description: Academic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Professional Experience: * Proven experience in process management using Lean methodology * Experience conducting process audits/assessments * Experience in business process modeling using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) Certifications: * Lean Green Belt or equivalent Skills and Competencies: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex IT concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and results orientation. Desirable: * Certifications: BPMN and ITIL * Project management knowledge (PMP) * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Develop and implement IT policies, processes, and procedures aligned with industry best practices, including Lean Office, ITIL v4, COBIT 2019, and ISO/IEC 20000\. * Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and frameworks by identifying and addressing compliance gaps through internal audits and corrective actions. * Collaborate with teams across other departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing guidance and support on IT process-related matters. * Monitor and report on process performance and compliance metrics, delivering analyses and recommendations to enhance process maturity. * Facilitate change management by providing support and leadership during the implementation of process improvement initiatives. * Model processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) to optimize and document workflow. * Deliver regular training sessions for teams covering process management, best practices, and regulatory compliance, ensuring ongoing employee upskilling and awareness. 2511190202461690205
