Commercial mindset and attention to detail **Job Mission** Work in the hotel's reservation center, ensuring fast, professional, and conversion-focused service to maximize the hotel's occupancy rate and revenue. ⸻ **Main Responsibilities** * Handle reservation requests via phone, WhatsApp, e-mail, and online platforms * Convert quotations into confirmed reservations * Update and manage availability in the system (PMS, OTAs, Channel Manager) * Follow up on unconfirmed quotations * Enter, modify, and cancel reservations in the system * Apply rates, promotions, and packages according to commercial strategy * Ensure service standards, clarity of information, and successful sales closure * Support the front office and commercial teams as needed ⸻ **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience in hospitality, tourism, or reservations (strongly preferred) * Good verbal and written communication skills * Organization and attention to detail * Proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, and digital customer service * Commercial mindset and results orientation **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with PMS (Desbravador, CM, Opera, etc.) * Experience with OTAs (Booking, Expedia, Decolar, Airbnb) * Knowledge of rate structures and occupancy strategies * Basic English or Spanish Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.070,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
