Job Summary: Support the pattern maker in developing and assembling pilot pieces, monitoring adjustments, inspecting stitching and measurements, and preparing pilots for production. Key Highlights: 1. Support the development and assembly of pilot pieces 2. Monitor mold adjustments and record changes 3. Inspect stitching, measurements, and evaluate fit * Support the pattern maker in developing and assembling pilot pieces; * Monitor mold adjustments and record changes after fittings; * Inspect stitching, measurements, and technical specifications versus pilot, evaluating fit; * Sort fabrics/trims and prepare pilots for production; * Update technical specifications and organize collection materials; * Support communication among pattern making, commercial, and production teams.
