General kitchen assistance as needed **Fryer Responsibilities** **Product Frying** Fry savory snacks (e.g., coxinha, risoles, pastel, bolinha) to the correct degree, ensuring quality and consistency. **Time and Temperature Control** Monitor oil temperature and frying time to prevent burning or undercooking. **Standardization** Maintain consistent product color, crispness, and size. **Production Organization** Follow order sequence and maintain efficient workflow, especially during peak hours. **Draining and Finishing** Remove excess oil and arrange savory snacks for display or delivery. **Quality Control** Inspect appearance, texture, and taste of products before serving. **Hygiene and Cleaning** Keep fryer, utensils, and work area clean, complying with sanitary regulations. **Oil Replacement** Monitor oil quality and replace it when necessary. **Inventory Control** Notify when products or frying supplies are running low. **General Support** Assist with kitchen production and organization as needed.
