If you enjoy customer interaction and have an interest in cocktails and mixology, this opportunity is for you! **Job Title:** Bar Assistant **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing beverages, juices, cocktails, and drinks. * Organize and set up the bar (mise\-en\-place), ensuring restocking of supplies and utensils. * Cut and prepare fruits for beverage preparation and garnishing. * Manage inventory, product expiration dates, and storage. * Serve customers courteously, present menus, and recommend beverages. * Serve beverages and support workflow between bar, kitchen, and dining area. * Assist in developing the beverage menu and preparing for events. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper care of utensils and equipment. * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Preferred: 1.5 years of experience in this role. * Knowledge of beverage preparation and customer service. * Ability to read and interpret technical specifications. * Organized, agile, and detail-oriented. **Advantages:** * Bartending, Mixology, or Food Safety Practices certification. * Experience in events and cocktail bars. * Knowledge of beverage clarification processes. **Location: Historic Center / POA – Rua Espírito Santo, 55** Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:20 PM (with 1-hour break) Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday (6 days on, 1 day off) **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance On-site meals Hazard Pay (20%) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.199,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation\-allowance Work Location: On-site
