




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for managing legal deadlines and calendars, registering and organizing case files, monitoring legal proceedings, liaising with internal and external departments, and ensuring process compliance and improvement. Opportunity for growth **Responsibilities and Duties:** **Management of legal deadlines and calendar:** Scheduling and assigning procedural deadlines to responsible attorneys, monitoring adherence to scheduled deadlines, analyzing and deliberating on deadline rescheduling requests — assessing procedural feasibility and impact on clients — and tracking hearings, investigative actions, and other legal commitments. **Registration and organization of case files:** Creating and registering new case files/clients in the firm's legal management system, maintaining and updating registration data for cases and clients, organizing and archiving physical and digital documents associated with case files, and conducting periodic audits of registrations to ensure data integrity. **Process management and control:** Monitoring judicial and administrative case portfolios, updating deadlines and case developments in the internal system, and preparing periodic management reports (provisions, contingencies, KPIs). **Liaison with internal and external departments:** Coordinating with correspondent law firms and third-party attorneys for hearing schedule organization, responding to requests from partners and office coordinators, and contacting clients to collect information and documents. **Process compliance and improvement:** Supporting implementation and maintenance of internal workflows and procedures, entering and auditing data in legal management systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the controller department. **Additional Information:** * Constant learning environment and direct exposure to complex operations; * Opportunity for growth; * Hybrid work model: 2 remote days per week; * Semi-private hospital health plan, with no monthly fee; * Transportation allowance; * Service partner contract; * Market-competitive remuneration; * Profit-sharing every 3 months.
