We seek professionals motivated by challenges, with a strong business-oriented mindset and a focus on identifying opportunities and solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Support and supervision of Law interns' activities; * Control and management of internal documents; * Monitoring of procedural research and tracking of requests; * Task management, deadline control, completion tracking, postponements, and delays; * Organization of information and updating of internal systems; * Administrative support to the legal and operational teams; * Assistance in developing workflows and improving internal processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Completed Law degree; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, analytical, and proactive profile; * Ability to work effectively in a team and assist in the development of interns; * Proficiency in task management and deadline tracking; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and court systems is considered an advantage. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Salary: R$ 2.500,00 Transportation Benefit (card) + Meal/Meal Allowance (R$34.10 per working day) Life Insurance SESC Membership Gym Partnership Health Plan Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (2-hour break), Monday to Friday.
