Support daily problem-solving on construction sites A recruitment and selection company is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern in São Leopoldo. Diamante Recursos Humanos is a company specialized in talent recruitment and selection. We offer customized solutions to meet our clients’ human resources needs. **Responsibilities:** Conduct training on work instructions for operational staff; monitor service execution to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System; inspect completed services and complete the PIS form. Manage resolution of pending tasks; assist in occupational safety in accordance with current regulations. Support the Site Manager and Assistant Engineer in best practices for waste reduction, financial and environmental resource conservation, organization, and cleanliness. Assist in solving daily problems by redistributing tasks, releasing services, and controlling the quality and quantity of work performed. Position based in São Leopoldo / RS. Previous internships in Production Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
