Job Summary: An engineering professional to lead complex projects, optimize assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and innovate with new technologies. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a mentor, sharing knowledge and experience Schedule: 07:30\-17:00\|Mon\-Thu\|07:30\-16:00\|Fri Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering; * Project execution using 2D and 3D software; * Experience in structural steel projects. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct detailed assessments of existing assets, identify needs and improvement opportunities, bottlenecks, and risks; * Perform technical site visits and documentation analysis; * Lead the development of complex projects related to acquisition, optimization, maintenance, and revitalization; * Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, technical specifications, and action plans; * Conduct in-depth studies to determine technical feasibility; * Ensure all projects comply with technical standards, legislation, environmental regulations, tax requirements, and sector-specific regulations applicable to the company's operations; * Propose innovative solutions and technologies that optimize asset utilization, reduce costs, increase efficiency, or add value to the company's assets; * Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with asset-related projects; * Prepare technical and managerial reports, results, and recommendations; * Act as a mentor, sharing knowledge and experience.
