Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, communicative Sales Assistant with a strong support-oriented profile for the sales department, focused on customer service and team support. Employment Type: CLT | On-site Salary: R$ 2.742,10 + commission Benefits: Unimed health insurance + dental plan + transportation allowance + restaurant near the company. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM Main Responsibilities: * Provide in-person customer service to existing and new customers at the showroom; * Support the sales team in preparing proposals and orders via the internal system; * Respond to customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp; * Collaborate with the finance department for credit analysis, credit verification, and payment terms; * Monitor order flow from negotiation through delivery and material collection; * Check inventory availability and assist in organizing demand; * Maintain customer relationships to foster loyalty; * Organize, maintain, and replenish display materials in the showroom; * Support administrative and operational routines of the sales department. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Experience with administrative and commercial routines.
