We value innovation, ethics, and initiative, building together a long-term trajectory of positive impact. **What We Are Looking For:** * A detail-oriented and organized professional, with emphasis on process improvement, tax compliance, and team management **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor receiving schedules and authorize drivers for physical unloading; * Provide documentary support, ensuring all fiscal and receiving documents are accurate and compliant with current regulations; * Lead fiscal routines in S4HANA, MM/VTIN, SD, and VTAX; * Manage product registration and validation processes in MM/SD; * Ensure full compliance with all mandatory company fiscal regulations, adhering to best practices and eliminating existing points of contention through concrete actions and proposals; * Drive automation of departmental processes to generate lighter, more consistent, and smarter workflows; * Propose strategies for maximum efficiency in the company’s tax planning; * Support other company departments (notably commercial and procurement teams) on fiscal matters, ensuring maximum consistency and agility for smooth business operations; * Co-responsibility for maintaining all corporate legal requirements of group companies up-to-date and well-organized, meeting governance standards for consistency and deadlines; * Support management in running an ongoing project to improve tax/fiscal compliance rules; * Support the entire company’s tax department, assisting the Manager with a team of 10 people. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting; * Residency in Vale dos Sinos or metropolitan region; * SAP S/4HANA knowledge; * Comprehensive knowledge of tax matters at Federal, State, and Municipal levels.
