




Job Summary: The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for diagnosing the company’s operations and proposing process improvements to mitigate occupational risks, with a focus on fraud prevention and loss mitigation. The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for diagnosing the company’s operations and proposing process improvements focused on mitigating occupational risks. **Responsibilities:** * Fraud prevention; * Financial loss prevention; * Generation of RAI Report; * Auditor management; * Training on internal audit processes; * Support in process mapping; * Prevention of tax and fee losses; * Support in the External Audit DF. **Main audit areas:** * Finance and Tax (cash, delinquency, and cards); * Marketplace and seller payouts; * Industry/Own Brand (inventory, costs, and third parties); * Commercial funds and marketing (VPC, provisions, and compliance); * Technology (algorithmic pricing, information security, and LGPD). **Strong differentiators:** * SQL, Power BI, ACL, IDEA, or analytics tools; * Experience in sell-in/sell-out and supplier fund audits; * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Production Engineering; * MBA in Risk Management, Finance, or Auditing (preferred); * Experience in large corporations or Big Four firms; * Team leadership and experience in highly complex operational environments.
