You’ll play a pivotal role in project management and system integration at the client’s store, building strong relationships, addressing concerns, taking ownership of issues, and helping establish a feedback loop between customers and internal teams. ### **Your day-to-day responsibilities** Beyond further delighting our customers, you will: * **Lead implementation and onboarding of the AlterVision system for new clients.** * Coordinate **timelines and stakeholders** to ensure efficient, scalable, and results-oriented delivery. * **Collaborate closely** with Sales, Product, and Integration teams to guarantee a consistent customer experience throughout the entire journey in a **B2B SaaS environment.** * Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and delivers the expected impact. * Manage strategic customer relationships—understanding business objectives and driving **retention, expansion**, and **perceived value** of the solution. * **Monitor camera positioning and validate the store’s technical infrastructure**, **ensuring efficient integration with the AlterVision system.** This is a strategic yet hands-on role where you connect data, technology, and people to transform client operations. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields—consultants, engineers, business analysts, and product managers often thrive in this role. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects * Experience in project management and customer relationship management * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams * Skill in cross-functional collaboration ### **Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within a SaaS company. ### **What We Value** * Curious professionals who dive deep into details * Ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments * Willingness to learn, guide, and lead as needed * People with a sense of urgency, always keeping long-term success in mind **Why this role is special:** You’ll join a startup with an international DNA, strong academic roots, and full focus on AI applied to physical retail.
