We value diversity and believe everyone is welcome. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the entire unit’s team (Automotive Center) to ensure store operations run with quality and efficiency; * Develop employees through daily follow-up, identification of improvement opportunities, meetings, and feedback; * Be the guardian of excellent customer service, aligned with our principles and values. Ensure the team adheres to our value proposition and the required attitude to serve our customers; * Responsible for meeting targets and executing the action plan; * Act as a business generator aiming to increase market share and identify business opportunities for the company’s sustainable growth; * Research and visit competitors, and understand the operating market.
