Ótica is seeking a Sales Manager in Porto Alegre. **Responsibilities:** Plan, implement, and monitor the store's operational, administrative, and commercial routines. Ensure that customer service, organization, visual presentation, and compliance with internal policies meet established standards. Develop commercial strategies and monitor achievement of store targets, KPIs, and results. Train, qualify, guide, and evaluate the sales and support team. Supervise customer service, directly intervening in strategic situations, complaints, and negotiations. Provide customer service when necessary, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial solutions according to company guidelines. Supervise after-sales processes, including assistance, repairs, exchanges, and deadlines, in collaboration with the laboratory. Conduct monthly performance review meetings with the team. Perform other duties related to the position. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, Commercial Manager, or Sales Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
