Monitor food restocking and replenishment, organization and cleaning. Administer inventory and prepare purchase lists. Provide direct assistance to management. Prior experience in sales, customer service, and cash handling required; availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM\.
