Identify opportunities for process improvement. Move company vehicles to workshops to carry out necessary repairs. Monitor the condition of base vehicles. Lead a team of employees, provide feedback, and communicate strategies and information aimed at improving processes. Perform goods verification, sorting, loading, unloading, and delivery. Organize goods according to routes and itineraries. Recruit candidates and third-party contractors, guiding and training them. Previous experience as Operations Coordinator, Production Manager, Operations Supervisor, or Logistics Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
