Job Summary: Zamac Injection Molding Operator to work in the high-pressure injection molding process using Zamac injection molding machines, preparing and adjusting machines according to production requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation in the high-pressure injection molding process using Zamac injection molding machines 2. Preparation and adjustment of machines according to production orders 3. Visual and dimensional inspection of parts We are recruiting for an industry located in the Vale dos Sinos region. The role involves operating high-pressure injection molding machines for Zamac, preparing and adjusting machines per production orders, feeding raw materials, monitoring the injection cycle, performing visual and dimensional inspections of parts, identifying and reporting process non-conformities, making minor operational adjustments, and changing molds when necessary. Requirements: Experience as a Zamac injection molding operator or in high-pressure die casting; basic knowledge of injection molding machine operation; attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to quality; availability to work rotating shifts. Prior experience with injection molding machine setup and adjustment, or with industrial quality control in metallurgical or foundry industries is considered advantageous.
