The role involves both equipment operation and technical file preparation for cutting, ensuring quality and precision throughout the production process. **Main Responsibilities:** Operate a digital cutting machine (plotter-type) for roll-fed materials (labels and stickers); Perform setup adjustments on small- and medium-sized machines; Prepare, adjust, and verify cutting files (die-cutting); Perform graphic file finishing and editing; Ensure final quality of produced materials; Support production organization and workflow. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience with graphic materials, colors, and paper formats; * Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator; * Knowledge of graphic file finishing and editing for cutting; * Completed high school education or technical vocational training; * Ability to operate and adjust machinery. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with plotter-type cutting machines; * Knowledge of flexographic printing processes; * Experience with roll-fed labels and stickers. **Compensation:** **Starting Salary:** R$ 2.300 to R$ 2.500 (based on experience) CLT employment contract **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance via partnership with local restaurants; * Breakfast and afternoon coffee provided by the company; * Attendance bonus; * Health and dental plans with co-payment (after probation period); * Organized and structured work environment; * Opportunities for internal development and growth. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 07:30 AM – 11:45 AM 12:45 PM – 5:18 PM **Additional Information:** A practical technical test will be administered during the selection process; We seek professionals with attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality.
