




Job Summary: Provide support to the sales department by handling initial customer inquiries and managing customer registration and quotation processes. Key Highlights: 1. Multichannel customer service and support. 2. Support for freight quotation and negotiation. 3. Tracking of commercial proposals and after-sales. Provide support to the sales department while maintaining communication with other company departments. * Initial customer contact via WhatsApp, e\-mail, and phone calls; directing their requests to responsible personnel. * Customer and opportunity registration, organizing information for quotations. * Multichannel customer service: telephone, WhatsApp, E\-mail, and other communication channels. * Registration, completion of commercial proposals, and tracking of opportunities/tenders on portals. * Support for quotations, including freight research and negotiation with carriers. * Tracking and negotiation of commercial proposals for standard and lower-value products to close deals. * After\-sales follow\-up until product delivery to the customer, and in case of any complaints. * Participation in trade fairs and commercial events.
