Opportunity for learning and growth in the culinary field **Position: Kitchen Assistant – À La Carte Restaurant** **Job Description:** We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support our team in preparing and organizing dishes in an à la carte restaurant. The professional will assist the chef and cooks, maintain kitchen organization, and comply with food hygiene and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in pre\-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes. * Clean, cut, and organize food items. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, work surfaces, and utensils. * Restock supplies and utensils as needed. * Follow instructions from the chef and kitchen team. * Adhere to good food handling practices. **Requirements:** * Experience in this role (preferred). * Completed elementary education. * Organizational skills, agility, and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, either from 08:00 to 16:20 or from 16:00 to 00:20\. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (base \+ hazard pay \+ tips) * On\-site meals. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunity for learning and growth in the culinary field. **Location:** Canoas/ Marechal Rondon **Employment Type:** CLT Job Type: Full\-time Compensation: R$1\.770,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Kitchen experience (Mandatory) Work Location: On\-site
