Project Management Office (PMO)

uMov.me is seeking a professional to serve as PMO, leading the governance and operational coordination of a high-priority client project. We are looking for a candidate with systemic thinking, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities—someone who connects strategy, execution, and stakeholders to ensure operational predictability, alignment, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities * Lead governance and operational monitoring; * Ensure visibility into deliveries, risks, priorities, and KPIs; * Manage backlog, requests, operational capacity, and action plans; * Facilitate alignment among technical teams, business units, clients, and partners; * Proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement; * Support engagement initiatives, training, and platform adoption. Requirements * Solid experience in PMO, program management, or complex project management; * Experience working with enterprise clients and multiple stakeholders; * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; * Proficiency in schedule management, risk management, KPIs, and executive reporting; * Experience with agile, traditional, or hybrid methodologies; * Excellent communication skills, analytical capability, and strategic vision; * Ability to lead alignment sessions, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
