Job Summary: Providing technical and operational support to employees, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and applications to enhance process efficiency and operational continuity. Managing the sales representative database and supporting new technologies **Job Mission** Deliver technical and operational support to employees, focusing on ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and applications used in daily company operations, thereby contributing to process efficiency and operational continuity. **Responsibilities** * Provide support to sales representatives and the commercial team, assisting with troubleshooting and answering questions related to applications such as iON Sales, Microsoft, and other operationally used tools; * Configure devices including laptops, tablets, smartphones, and printers for both new and existing employees; * Perform maintenance and adjustments on devices and machines, ensuring optimal performance of internal and external IT resources; * Execute the full onboarding process—including registration and activation—of new employees in internal systems; * Manage changes in the sales representative database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity; * Support the implementation of new features and technologies, contributing to initial testing and configuration; * Perform database queries, corrections, and adjustments using SQL, as required by the company and under supervision; * Document executed processes and maintenance activities, maintaining organized records of completed requests; Requirements * Experience in end-user support; * Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365; * Familiarity with the Winthor system will be considered a plus; Work Model: 100% on-site work in the northern zone of Porto Alegre.
