




Job Summary: This professional will assist in the Information Technology department by providing user support, performing computer and laptop maintenance, and delivering software training. Training on Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, and LibreOffice. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Provide assistance to the IT department, gaining comprehensive understanding of daily operations to build professional experience and expertise. Deliver user support and assist with computer maintenance. Provide remote support to company departments using remote access tools (e.g., UltraVNC, TightVNC, TeamViewer, and other remote connection tools). Perform computer and laptop formatting and maintenance, system repairs. Manage spreadsheets and incident report logs. Provide helpdesk support to employees for clarifying questions.
