And we continuously promote **transformation and innovation**, seeking new ideas and ways to evolve—whether in products, services, or processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Administrative HR Generalist Support:** * Support internal communication by disseminating announcements to the Canoas plant. * Employee assistance via WhatsApp and in person; * Recording and tracking deadlines for mandatory training; * Extracting reports from systems; * Supporting the organization and execution of events such as monthly birthdays, Family Day, and leader coffee sessions. * Assistance with recruitment and selection for open positions; * Updating documents on third\-party portals; Supporting payroll closing and certain payroll activities. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Enrolled in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Availability for a 2\-year internship; * Communicative and dynamic profile; Knowledge of editing applications such as Canva is a plus. * **Additional Information** * Internship stipend: R$ 1500.00 * Medical and dental insurance; * Cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub \- a wellness benefit helping you care for your physical and mental health; * Discounts on Midea Carrier products for you, your friends, and family; * **Testers Program** \- aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of Midea Carrier products through employee usage and evaluation. * Work location: Canoas/RS * Work modality: On\-site, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are **Midea Carrier**, a joint venture between **Midea**, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of home appliances and air conditioners, and **Carrier**, a global leader in HVAC and founded by air\-conditioning inventor Willis Carrier.
