We seek professionals motivated by challenges, with a strong business-oriented mindset and a focus on identifying opportunities and solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities:** * Level 2 support for users and systems * Basic administration of Windows Server and Linux * Active Directory management (users, groups, permissions, GPOs) * Analysis and resolution of medium-complexity incidents * Support for the infrastructure team * Documentation of procedures and solutions * Service Desk tool-based support **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, or IT Management. * Experience analyzing and resolving medium-complexity incidents. * Knowledge of best practices in technical documentation. **Skills:** * Analytical ability, organization, clear communication, teamwork, proactivity, priority management, resilience, commitment, and a collaborative mindset. **Additional Information** **We Offer:** * Working hours: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM * On-site work in the southern zone of Porto Alegre * Contract type: Cooperative The **Villela Group** is a market leader in Brazil in business recovery and corporate consulting, having served more than **100\.000 companies**.
