We are seeking a Construction Foreman to join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and guide production teams on construction sites; * Monitor activity execution according to project plans and construction schedules; * Ensure correct execution of structural works, structural masonry, cladding, and finishing works; * Control team productivity and service quality; * Support the Engineer and Site Supervisor in organizing work fronts; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Conduct service inspections and assist in site activity planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman in civil construction; * Knowledge of structural masonry construction methods; * Experience in vertical residential construction projects, preferably within the MCMV program; * Knowledge of shallow foundations "Radier"; * Knowledge of retaining walls; * Experience leading operational teams; * Availability to work in Chapéu do Sol \- Porto Alegre/RS. **Additional Information** * Competitive or above-market remuneration; * Career and salary progression plan; * Birthday day off.
