Description
**Responsibilities**: Perform WO collections; Establish a structured contact flow with the delinquent client base of the \+Enhanced Access solution; Monitor the payment performance indicators of the \+Enhanced Access solution; Perform data hygiene for beneficiaries; Conduct asset searches; Perform detailed assessments of estimated income; Evaluate beneficiaries’ contractual and payment history; Contact beneficiaries enrolled in the \+Enhanced Access solution; Conduct interviews with beneficiaries; Record responses collected during interviews; Propose appropriate payment solutions to beneficiaries; Send payment reminder notifications; Support process mapping within the department; Update monthly performance indicators; Ensure daily time tracking registration and zero-hour bank balance at month-end; Attend OKR and KPI check-in meetings; Promote sustainable development culture; Perform other related duties;
**Required Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields (currently pursuing preferred);
**Mandatory Requirements**: Google Sheets and/or Excel; Google Workspace tools (Drive, Forms, etc.); Communication (written and verbal); Customer service; Negotiation and persuasion techniques; Credit and collections; Debt negotiation, active collections, or credit recovery; Income verification tools (Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, Serasa, Infojud, CCS-Bacen, etc.); Data base hygiene and validation; CRM and ERP systems used in collections; Collections legislation, Consumer Protection Code, and LGPD; Omni-channel tools (Zendesk);
**Preferred Qualifications**: Agile project and task management tools (Miro/Jira/Trello); Performance management tools (KPIs and OKRs) and indicator management; BI tools (Qlik Sense or Power BI); Omni-channel tools (Zendesk); Basic knowledge of Educational Credit;

**Working Hours**: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
**Compensation**: Competitive salary commensurate with the role \+ benefits (meal allowance of BRL 40.00 per day, food allowance of BRL 750.00 per month \+ transportation allowance), plus additional benefits listed below.
