Objective: We are looking for talents to fill the position of Services Analyst. You will be responsible for *Process Improvement and Delivery of Results to Our Customers*. You will be responsible for performing data analysis, mapping opportunities, diagnosing fleet availability for customers, aiming to reduce costs and maintain relationships with business areas and customers to lead projects and initiatives optimizing stages of the customer maintenance journey. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct meetings with internal departments and customers to map improvements and needs regarding fleet availability; * Perform data analysis and identify insights that drive results for the customer; * Prepare managerial presentations for results delivery; * Map processes and identify improvement opportunities; * Propose initiatives that optimize stages of the customer maintenance journey. Prerequisites: * Bachelor's degree completed in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Production Management and/or International Trade (or related fields); * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint presentations. * Proficiency with continuous improvement tools: Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma; * Ability to work with agile methodologies; * Entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork, and customer-focused mindset; * Analytical ability, clear communication, and results orientation.
