Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for access control, receipt and delivery of correspondence, vehicle and item inspection, and logistical support. Key Highlights: 1. Access control and mail logistics 2. Visual inspection of vehicles and items 3. Operational support and vehicle coordination Receive letters, SEDEX packages, and other items; register them in a spreadsheet and deliver them to the designated department. Complete a spreadsheet containing vehicle prefixes, time, and destination for vehicles returning from or departing on trips. Perform visual inspection of vehicle bodies upon return from trips. In case of body damage, affix a label, notify traffic control, and record an observation in the access control spreadsheet. Issue yellow license plates upon vehicle arrival to indicate the need for refueling. Control key distribution to the building cleaning team and to employees accessing the dormitory. Manage visitor and third-party company access, register entries in a spreadsheet, and issue visitor badges. Conduct visual inspections of employees' bags, shopping bags, and backpacks. Monitor parking lot of Yard 2, dormitory, and strategic points of the main yard via CCTV cameras. Assist in coordinating the departure and return of shuttle buses operating round-trip services to Rivera and Cachoeira, departing from Yard 2\. Perform visual inspection inside the vehicle trunk upon arrival and departure from the garage to identify possible parcels to be unloaded at Viopex. If applicable, the vehicle receives an orange license plate indicating the need to park at Viopex. Remove mailbags from the vehicle trunk and place them in front of traffic control. On weekends, when Viopex is closed, unload parcels from vehicle trunks to prevent parcels from being taken on trips again. Request water from the warehouse via telephone call, store it in the freezer, and deliver it to drivers upon request. Receive all items left behind by passengers inside vehicles, label them, store them securely, and report them to Customer Service (SAC). Handle incoming telephone calls and route them to respective departments. Assemble the Meal Kit and deliver it to the driver before each trip departure, based on the number of occupied seats. Collect remaining materials (soft drinks, juices, and ice) from vehicles upon return from trips.
