




Job Summary: Manage the fleet by coordinating operations, finances, suppliers, governance policies, and providing user support, with a focus on optimization and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Indicator Analysis and Strategic Support Operational Fleet Management: coordinate vehicle leasing, replacement, renewal, and return with rental companies; ensure vehicle availability and proper allocation according to departmental demand; monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, accidents, damages, traffic violations, and documentation; manage nationwide vehicle mobilization and demobilization processes; Financial Management and Cost Control: control the fleet budget (rental fees, fuel, maintenance, fines, insurance, and other expenses); analyze cost indicators per vehicle, per user, and per region; identify opportunities for cost reduction and fleet optimization; validate and monitor invoicing from rental companies and suppliers; Supplier Relationship Management: act as the focal point for rental companies, insurers, and other partners; monitor service levels (SLA), response times, and service quality; support supplier quotation, negotiation, and performance evaluation processes; Governance, Policies, and Compliance: develop, review, and ensure adherence to the Fleet Policy; ensure compliance with traffic legislation, internal regulations, and compliance guidelines; monitor and report indicators related to misuse, recurring accidents, and policy deviations; support internal and external audits related to fleet operations; Indicators and Reporting: develop and track KPIs such as cost per kilometer, accident rate, vehicle availability rate, traffic violation count, and fuel consumption; produce managerial reports to support decision-making; provide leadership with strategic analyses and recommendations; User Support: guide employees on proper vehicle usage; resolve operational issues, accidents, and fleet-related inquiries; promote safe driving practices and responsible vehicle use. Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields. Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNHB) and personal vehicle required. Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets; Power BI knowledge is desirable.
