We are looking for a motivated and committed individual to serve as a Construction Coordinator to support our engineering efforts. **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the execution of residential development projects; * Ensure adherence to physical and financial schedules; * Oversee teams of engineers, site supervisors, and suppliers; * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards; * Efficiently manage material and human resources; * Report project progress to management and other involved departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in Minha Casa Minha Vida projects; * Knowledge of construction drawings, planning, and project control; * Strong communication skills and leadership ability; * Willingness to travel and perform on-site supervision. #### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with quality certifications (PBQP-H); * Familiarity with construction management tools (MS Project, Advanced Excel, etc.). **Additional Information** * Challenging environment with opportunities for continuous development; * Paid leave of 30 days after one year of contract.
