At CPFL, you’ll find a solid environment to grow with confidence, safety to advance, and space to build a purpose-driven future. **Commercial Agent (Meter Reading and Bill Delivery, External Activities)** Where you’ll work: Canoas/RS Work model: 100% In-person Company: CPFL RGE **Prerequisites:** * Completion of elementary education required (high school completion preferred); * Must perform outdoor work (exposed to weather, wind, rain, sun, walking); * Must reside in Canoas/RS (or neighboring city); * Must be available to work in other cities within the coordination area (when required); * Driver’s license AB preferred. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** Perform monthly electricity meter readings and deliver electricity bills and customer correspondence. Key responsibilities: * Conduct meter readings, applying appropriate annotations when necessary; * Deliver electricity bills, issuing required notifications to customers when necessary; * Deliver reminders and other registered correspondence when necessary; * Assess activity-related risks before execution, ensuring safe working conditions, physical integrity, and workplace safety; immediately report any hazardous situation to your supervisor; * Ensure all installations along the reading route are visited; take photos of meters and readings—or field conditions preventing quality readings—when necessary; * Actively participate in Daily Safety Dialogues and all other workplace safety initiatives; * Wear required uniforms, identification badges, and PPE in good condition; * When necessary, collect overdue payments from customers, gather customer registration data for installation registration in the Distributor’s database, and support quality campaigns.
