Conducting quality control and preparing reports A construction company is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern in Gravataí (South Zone). RNI is a Brazilian company engaged in the development and commercialization of real estate projects. Focusing on socially-oriented housing, the company aims to provide affordable, high-quality solutions for its customers. **Responsibilities:** Assist in material and service surveys for procurement and preparation of bidding tables. Conduct training sessions for service providers on operational procedures and material specifications, as well as training for internal and third-party teams. Monitor ongoing site services and production targets defined by planning. Inspect and guide service execution and material application, with technical support from the immediate supervisor. Attend to clients, conduct unit delivery inspections, and perform inspections for technical assistance requests. Conduct inspections and complete service verification forms, reporting irregularities to the immediate supervisor. Prepare departmental activity schedules and flowcharts, following guidance from senior professionals. Perform physical and financial measurements during site visits, tracking project progress. Assist in developing execution strategies and recovery plans, monitoring adherence to the planning schedule. Prepare daily site logs recording field workforce, ongoing services, weather conditions, equipment, received materials, and RNI. Prepare activity reports with daily and weekly updates in the company’s system. Implement quality control on construction sites using Autodoc forms, ensuring process compliance and reporting irregularities to the immediate supervisor. Previous internships in Architecture, Production Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Structural Engineering may indicate suitability for some activities in this position.
