We seek a candidate with strategic vision, results orientation, and strong team leadership. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Full unit management (commercial, reception, and operations) * Monitoring of goals and KPIs * Team leadership and development * Ensuring high performance in contract sales * Organization of clinic processes and daily routines * Strategic decision-making for unit growth \_ **PROFILE WE SEEK:**\_ * Leadership-oriented, firm, and decisive profile * Experience in team management * Focus on goals and results * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organizational skills and discipline in execution \_ **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**\_ Experience in commercial areas or clinics will be a significant advantage. Living in Sapiranga or nearby regions is also preferred.
