Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the Billing team, focused on accurately and systematically executing operational routines, issuing, and controlling life insurance invoices. Assist in calculating the commission cycle and managing receivables ### **About the Position** We seek a professional to join the Billing team, ensuring accurate, organized, and analytically minded execution of operational routines. This position plays a key role in issuing, verifying, and controlling life insurance invoices, directly contributing to result quality and process efficiency. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Execute monthly billing processing, ensuring adherence to established schedules * Issue, verify, and track invoices and related documents * Assist in calculating and processing the commission cycle, ensuring correct partner remuneration * Manage and organize the receivables flow, including invoices and supporting documents * Perform financial reconciliations between systems and spreadsheets, identifying and correcting discrepancies * Support monthly closings by organizing evidence and reports for supervisor validation * Monitor delinquencies and support collections actions with responsible departments * Prepare financial analyses, payment histories, and management reports * Provide support to internal departments and clients, clarifying billing- and process-related questions * Support standardization of files and database hygiene * Suggest improvements to increase routine efficiency and quality * Operate in compliance with SUSEP regulations, LGPD, and other applicable regulations ### **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in billing and/or financial control routines * Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Power Query) ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the insurance sector, preferably life insurance * Knowledge of ERP systems or SaaS billing platforms * Intermediate Power BI (dashboard creation and data source connectivity) * Familiarity with performance indicators and data visualization (KPIs) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Childcare/Babysitting Allowance * Dental Plan * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Employee Insurance * Wellhub * Health Plan
