**Position Summary**
Responsible for executing and monitoring HR processes, operating as a generalist across personnel administration, recruitment and selection, training and development, and leadership support. Ensures compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and HR best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct **recruitment and selection** processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interviews.
* Manage **onboarding and integration of new employees**.
* Monitor and execute **personnel administration** routines (time tracking, vacations, terminations, benefits, and documentation).
* Support **payroll processing** and verification of labor charges.
* Ensure compliance with applicable **labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements**.
* Provide support to leadership teams on people management topics.
* Participate in initiatives related to **organizational climate, internal communication, and corporate culture**.
* Support internal endomarketing campaigns and events promoted by the company.
